The center of the apartment is a spacious living, dining, and lounge area with an open kitchen. Bright, high windows let in plenty of light, and the well-preserved wooden beams create a stylish ambiance with a historic flair. The cozy dining area seats six people and is perfect for shared meals or sociable game nights. Directly adjacent is the living area with a large, comfortable sofa bed, which, thanks to a high-quality topper, can be converted into a full-size bed measuring 160x200 cm. A large smart TV, a PS5 with games, and a Bluetooth soundbar provide entertainment.
A small reading nook with a selection of books and board games invites you to retreat and relax. The living area leads directly to the sunny balcony, which is furnished with two seating areas – ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Fully equipped kitchen for all needs
The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster are available. A dishwasher is also available, so washing up is a breeze. For coffee lovers, there is both a Nespresso and a traditional filter coffee machine – including a small welcome coffee gift. The basic amenities also include salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, and other practical kitchen utensils. Even the littlest ones are taken care of: children's dishes and a highchair are provided.
Two bedrooms – Plenty of flexibility for couples, friends, or families
The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. These can easily be combined to form a large double bed if needed – perfect for couples or friends traveling together. Open wardrobes offer ample storage space for clothes and luggage. For families with small children, a foldable baby bed with a high-quality Hauk mattress is available. Child safety locks on the stairs provide additional safety during your stay.
Modern Bathroom & Separate Guest Restroom
The bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a spacious, modern rain shower. A hairdryer, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. For longer stays, practical details have also been considered: a washing machine, clothes rack, and iron are available. A separate guest restroom provides additional convenience – especially for multiple guests.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100% (amount, payment due date and bank details can be found on the invoice). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Bookings that are canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged 100%.

Several of the 300 bus lines run regularly to various destinations such as the Highwalk, the Rodenberg Alm, as well as the wildlife enclosure and forest swimming pool. The nearest stop is at the market square (about a 1-minute walk).
From the train station (about a 9-minute walk), you can take the RB5 train almost every hour to Kassel and Fulda in about 30 minutes each. In just 15 minutes, you can reach Bad Hersfeld with this train or the RE5. From there, you can take the 300 spa bus line, which terminates in Bad Salzungen.
