The heart of the apartments are the spacious living, dining, and lounge areas with open kitchens. Bright, high windows let in plenty of light, and the well-preserved wooden beams create a stylish ambiance with a historic flair. The cozy dining areas offer space for a total of eleven people and are perfect for shared meals or social game nights. Directly adjacent to each apartment is the living area with large, comfortable sofa beds, which can be converted into full-size beds measuring 160x200 cm thanks to high-quality mattress toppers. Large smart TVs, a Nintendo Switch and PS5 with games, a Bluetooth sound bar, and a selection of books and board games provide entertainment.
The LUMEN living area leads directly to the sunny balcony, which is furnished with two seating areas – ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Fully equipped kitchens for all needs
The open-plan kitchens are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster are all available. Dishwashers are also available, so washing up is a breeze. For coffee lovers, there is both a Nespresso and a traditional filter coffee machine – including a small welcome coffee gift. The basic amenities also include salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, and other practical kitchen utensils. Even the littlest ones are catered for: children's dishes and two highchairs are provided.
Four bedrooms – Plenty of flexibility for couples, friends, or families
The accommodation has four cozy bedrooms, each with seven single beds. These can easily be combined to form a large double bed if needed – perfect for couples or friends traveling together. Open wardrobes offer ample storage space for clothes and luggage. For families with small children, two foldable baby beds with high-quality Hauk mattresses are available. Child safety locks on the stairs ensure additional safety during your stay.
Modern Bathrooms & Separate Guest Restrooms
The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with a spacious, modern rain shower. A hairdryer, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Practical details have also been considered for longer stays: a washing machine, clothes rack, and iron are available. Separate guest restrooms provide additional convenience – especially when traveling with multiple guests.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must make a payment of 100% (amount, payment due date and bank details can be found on the invoice). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Bookings that are canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged 100%.

Several of the 300 bus lines run regularly to various destinations such as the Highwalk, the Rodenberg Alm, as well as the wildlife enclosure and forest swimming pool. The nearest stop is at the market square (about a 1-minute walk).
From the train station (about a 9-minute walk), you can take the RB5 train almost every hour to Kassel and Fulda in about 30 minutes each. In just 15 minutes, you can reach Bad Hersfeld with this train or the RE5. From there, you can take the 300 spa bus line, which terminates in Bad Salzungen.
