Feel at home in my cozy TREEHOUSE right next to the Kurpark. It consists of 3 apartments and an indoor playground, a real highlight for young and old when the weather is bad! 2 apartments are right next to each other on the 1st floor, another on the ground floor, the indoor playground is also on the 1st floor (see floor plans). The apartments are very well equipped, e.g. with WiFi, smart TVs with their own Netflix account, Sonos speakers.
INDOOR PLAYGROUND
The play area is on the same level opposite the apartment and offers something for all ages: large TV with Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide and playhouse, baby swing, various toys such as Lego..
COMMUNITY GARDEN
In the garden there is a table for 6 people and lounge furniture for 4 people. More chairs in the ski room. A kettle grill (charcoal) is available. Other common areas: garden with grill and seating, ski room, bike garage, washer/dryer. Pets are welcome! (But must be “booked”)

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest has to make a payment of 100%. (See invoice for amount, payment term and account details). If this payment is not received by the due date, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be canceled in full. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will be increased by 50%. Cancellation within 2 days before arrival will be charged 100%.
You are in a very central location, in the middle of the old town and right next to the Kurpark. Many restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in a few minutes - the noodle house is practically opposite. Nevertheless, the location is very quiet, since the road is not very busy and depending on the apartment you have a beautiful view of the church or of the spa park and the landscape. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, as is the entrance to the Rothaarsteig and other hiking trails. The bus stop for the ski bus is also around the corner. In summer you can ride your mountain bike in 10 minutes to the bike park or trail park. Here you will find trails of all levels of difficulty. Several summer toboggan runs and a climbing forest can be reached on the adventure mountain. If the weather is bad, you can drive to the Barbander Sauna or reach the Aqua Mundo in 15 minutes by car.
U can park on 3 free private parking space directly aft of the house (address "Am Kurpark"). Extra parking spaces are available free of charge on the parking spaces of the Kurpark, which are located directly aft of the house. He zijn also 2 opplaadpunten tegenover de VVV.
